BULK ANTISERA & ANTIBODIES
Each lot of antisera produced by IIC is carefully evaluated to confirm that a uniformly high level of quality and consistency is maintained. Specificity is established and confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis against appropriate human proteins. Titer is evaluated by Becker (Immunochemistry, 6:539-546, 1969) , a single radial immunodiffusion (RID) method. High optical clarity and stability are assured by proprietary delipidizing procedures developed at IIC. Antisera are equilibrated in Tris-buffered sodium chloride containing sodium azide, and are filtered through a 0.2 micron sterile membrane, unless otherwise noted on the Certificate of Analysis.
All antisera and antibodies are intended for FURTHER MANUFACTURE only, and are not supplied for direct use in any diagnostic or therapeutic applications. IIC products are not for human or animal consumption.

Storage Conditions
For short term storage, + 2°C to + 8°C is recommended. For longer periods of storage, it is recommended that antisera be stored in appropriate aliquots below -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze thaws.
