TERMS
Terms of Payment |
Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Terms of payment are set by IIC’s Marketing and Sales Department. Any acceptance of IIC’s offer to sell is limited to acceptance of the terms that IIC sets. |
Freight |
F.O.B. Murrieta, California. Shipping charges can be prepaid by IIC and added to the customer invoice or billed to customer’s Fed Ex or other account. |
Returns |
No merchandise will be accepted for return, credit or replacement without prior written authorization by IIC. All claims must be made within 2 working days after receipt of goods. In general, merchandise containers opened by customers cannot be returned. |
Discounts |
Discounts to list price are based on quantity purchased on a single PO number. Requests for bids or annual contracts are handled on an individual basis. Contact the Marketing & Sales Department for quotations. |
Sampling Policy |
Reasonable sample quantities are complimentary for customers who purchase bulk. Customers will be billed for shipping and documentation charges. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of international customers. |
Hold Policy |
Customers may place bulk material on reserve for a reasonable amount of time during sample evaluation. Please inquire at the time of sample or order for details on policy. |
Special Instructions |
Specialized customer needs in such things as filling, packaging, shipping, required documentation or other details, should be communicated at the time the order is placed to assure feasibility. If delay or jeopardy of the shipment is caused due to customer’s failure to communicate special information or requirements, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of the shipment. |
Forms of Payment |
In US Dollars via wire transfer, check drawn on a US based bank, VISA or MASTERCARD. For wire transfers, a handling charge will be added to the invoice. |
WARRANTY
IIC warrants, to the original purchaser only, that all products are of merchantable quality at the time of sale. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to establish the adequacy of all products for any particular intended application, use or purpose; IIC samples for this purpose.
IIC’s sole obligation is replacement of the unused product, which is in the unopened original container and has been stored properly. Such replacement shall constitute the Buyer’s sole remedy. IIC assumes no responsibility for consequential damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of its products.
No other warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the suitability of IIC products for any specific application or use, is made by IIC.
CONDITIONS
All IIC products are supplied for further manufacture only. IIC products are not designed for use directly as diagnostic or therapeutic reagents. |
