Located in the Murrieta/Temecula Valley, IIC is a global leader with over 30 years of experience in the manufacture of polyclonal antisera and selected calibrators/controls. With emerging production of contract OEM immunodiagnostic reagents targeting the turbidimetric / nephelometric markets, IIC is seeking several individuals to compliment our dynamic team.

SUPERVISOR – ANIMAL OPERATIONS

Assists in designing, developing, organizing and distributing immunization protocols and schedules for test bleeds.  Oversees immunizations and plasma withdrawals, and watches over the entire Animal Operations Department.

Assists manager in directing care and health of animals. Contributes to developing herd management and veterinary care procedures.  Consults with veterinarian and specialists as needed.

Administers and instructs employees in approved methods of animal handling, including test bleeds, plasmapheresis, and preparation and administration of immunizations.

All duties are performed in a manner that is consistent with the goals and policies of the company, as well as in compliance with ISO standards, where applicable.
